Every piece is handmade in small batches, so charm placement and bead pattern carry natural, intentional variation. That variation is part of the work, not a flaw.
Something arrived damaged or wrong
Reach out with your order number and a photo and it gets handled personally — email rnicole@sheisrnicole.com or text 205-379-8153 (text only).
Custom and made-to-order pieces
A custom request is a request, not a completed order. Nothing is charged until you approve a design direction and quote. Because custom work is made for one person, it’s handled case by case after the quote is approved.
Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
